The district’s first PL Manager(s) and User Manager(s) can be assigned with the District Management Permissions upon district setup. Following district setup, permissions can be assigned to new and existing users as detailed below.
Update: It is not noted in the above video, but only the district-level PL Managers and users they invite as collaborators will have access to the PL Builder. Additionally, only district-level PL Managers have the ability to change the district's PL Navigation settings.
